Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + highly competitive leading bonus and benefits
Location: West London (3 days in office)

Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner who thrives on influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic decision-making?

We're recruiting on behalf of a large, complex organisation for a Senior Finance Business Partner to support a high-profile business area. This is a true partnering role where you'll work alongside senior operational leaders, helping shape financial strategy, improve performance and ensure investment decisions deliver long-term value.

Role overview:
As a trusted advisor to the business, you'll translate financial insight into clear commercial recommendations, supporting both operational and strategic decisions. You'll be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance analysis, while partnering with a broad range of stakeholders across Finance and Operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with senior business leaders to influence commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning across a large business area.
  • Driving financial performance by identifying risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives across both OPEX and CAPEX.
  • Developing robust business cases for capital investment, ensuring strong ROI and strategic alignment.
  • Challenging and supporting stakeholders to improve financial performance and deliver against key KPIs.
  • Working closely with FP&A, Procurement and wider Finance teams to improve processes and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, commercially focused manner.

We're looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner who is comfortable operating within a large, matrix organisation and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

You'll ideally have:

  • ACA, CA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Significant post-qualified experience within a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role.
  • Experience working across both CAPEX and OPEX budgets.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario planning experience.
  • A proven track record of influencing a wide range of stakeholders, from operational managers through to senior leadership.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge and influence decision-making.
  • Experience within a large, complex organisation and a collaborative approach to working across multiple functions.
