Are you an experienced finance professional with a strategic mindset? We are seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic insurance brokerage company in London.

In this key role, you will provide strategic financial insights, influence decision-making at senior levels, and lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping business strategies around underwriting, risk, and growth opportunities, while driving financial accountability across the organisation. This position is permanent and offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence with flexibility.

Key skills required include:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years post-qualified experience
  • Extensive experience in finance business partnering within insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance financials such as underwriting, reserving, and claims dynamics
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional financial modelling, planning, and analytics skills
  • Proficiency in finance systems and data tools for performance reporting
