Senior Finance Business Partner
Salary: Up to £75,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
Location: Leeds (Hybrid – 2 days in the office)
Are you a commercially driven Finance Business Partner looking for a role where you can genuinely influence business performance?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading organisation in a highly visible Senior Finance Business Partner position, partnering directly with senior operational and commercial leaders across a complex, fast-paced business.
You'll become a trusted advisor to the leadership team, helping shape commercial decisions, challenge performance, improve profitability, and influence strategic direction. This is far more than budgeting and reporting; it's about driving business performance through insight, challenge, and partnership.
The Role
- Partner with senior operational and commercial stakeholders to drive financial performance across multiple business areas.
- Deliver meaningful commercial insight, identifying opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Challenge investment decisions, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement across reporting, planning, and financial processes.
- Lead and develop a small, high-performing finance team while championing best practice across the wider function.

About You
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Proven Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance experience within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Experience delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business performance analysis.
- Naturally curious with the confidence to question, influence, and drive change.
- Strong leadership skills with experience developing people and improving finance processes.
