Leading commercial initiatives to support revenue growth, exploring potential new revenue streams, and launching new product and service offerings, whilst keeping an eye on the cost base and operational efficiencies. All whilst ensuring the level of service to the end client remains high. This is a snapshot of what this role entails and much of how you go about it is down to you. You will create much of your own work.

Partnering with a well-known private equity firm, this company will continue to acquire further strategically aligned businesses, invest in better tech, processes, and talent to further increase market share. You will be partnering with a number of these businesses, all of which require a keen eye to understand their set up and operations, working from ground level all the way to senior execs and C-suite. You will provide strategic guidance through creative analysis, building plans that will have a meaningful impact on the business, with a lead focus on revenue, sales, and market growth, and secondly, cost and operational efficiency, as well as a host of other initiatives that you see fit.
