Trinity House Group are delighted to be working with this market leading, innovative manufacturing business, as we support them in the recruitment of Senior Finance Business Partner, based in Leicester.

You will work closely with the SLT, to provide financial management, governance and commercial insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance profitability.

The Job:

  • Oversee the delivery of the month-end close process.
  • Manage, develop, and mentor the finance team.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Ensure robust financial controls and risk mitigation.
  • Review and approve business cases and investment proposals.
  • Identify risks and opportunities, driving proactive solutions to enhance performance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments to promote financial literacy and effective resource management.
  • Prepare and present high-quality financial reports to SLT.
  • Cost analysis to identify key variances and trends.

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
  • Proven track record in a commercial role within a fast-paced business environment, working closely with operational teams and leadership.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills.
  • Resilient self-starter who identifies problems and implements solutions.
  • Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail with a methodical approach.
