Senior Finance Business Partner - 12m FTC

£85-95k + package
Invenire Group is excited to be partnering a global FinTech firm to appoint a Senior Finance Business Partner on an initial 12m FTC.
Working for an international market leader, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be a strategic partner to multiple senior stakeholders across the business – having genuine influence over long-term business planning as they continue to scale globally.

Key Responsibilities as Senior Finance Business Partner:
- Drive planning process – improving ability to forecast effectively
- Build financial models to analyse cost base – identifying opportunities and risks
- Provide effective analysis on key financial and business metrics – with a focus on actuals vs. forecasts – to support the delivery of company strategy
- Utilise data to help shape the company’s financial strategy – with a focus on optimising growth investment opportunities
- Be an effective business partner to senior non-finance stakeholders – helping them understand performance vs. risks, and identifying opportunities to grow

Key Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Demonstrable experience partnering senior non-finance stakeholders
- Strong financial modelling skillset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
