Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

An international business with a multi-billion investment plan over the next 10 years is recruiting for an interim Senior Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial support across Operations, partnering closely with teams including People, IT and Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across People, IT and Corporate Functions
  • Lead monthly reporting, forecasting, and planning activities
  • Support a major IT transformation programme through financial modelling, business case analysis, and ongoing commercial insight
  • Deliver robust financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Challenge and influence stakeholders to drive value and operational effectiveness
  • Support workforce planning initiatives, organisational restructuring, and redundancy programmes where required
  • Ensure strong financial governance and control processes are maintained

  • ACA, CIMA, or ACCA qualified
  • Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within large organisations
  • Strong FP&A and financial modelling capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams
  • Available immediately or at short notice
