Commercial Finance Business Partner – Gaming & Media
£85,000 – £100,000 + bonus | Hybrid | London
We are partnering with a fast-growing, PE-backed gaming media business to recruit a Commercial Finance Business Partner. Reporting to the Divisional FD/CFO, this is a highly commercial role partnering closely with Sales and Business Development. You’ll play a key role in deal structuring, pricing, sales performance, and driving profitable growth, ensuring commercial decisions deliver sustainable margin and EBITDA.

- Support complex commercial proposals and multi-year contracts
- Challenge pricing and discount decisions
- Improve sales pipeline and revenue forecasting
- Analyse the ROI of new go-to-market initiatives
- Support sales target setting, KPIs, and incentives
- Assist with RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and wider strategic projects
We’re looking for someone with strong Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering experience, ideally within gaming, media, technology, SaaS, or another fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working within a PE-backed business
- Strong commercial modelling skills
- Confidence to challenge senior sales and commercial stakeholders
