Role Overview
Reporting to the Head of Finance FP&A, the Senior FP&A Finance Business Partner plays a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning and analysis that supports strategic decision-making across the business. This position is responsible for producing and interpreting management information, providing insight into business performance, and driving accountability through robust reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis. Acting as a trusted business partner, the role works closely with senior stakeholders to influence decision-making, challenge assumptions, and support the delivery of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the budgeting, forecasting, and planning cycles
- Ensures accurate financial projections, cash flow management, and working capital forecasting
- Develops meaningful KPI reporting and leverages financial modelling and scenario analysis to evaluate business opportunities, risks, and long-term strategic plans
- Translates complex financial data into actionable insights that enhance commercial performance
- Supports key financial accounting activities, including month-end reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and international reporting requirements
- Drives continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and reporting capabilities
- Continuously develops Workday and other finance technologies to improve efficiency, data quality, and business insight

Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA)
- Substantial experience in FP&A, financial accounting, business partnering, and financial modelling within a complex commercial environment
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership
- Proactive and commercially minded approach
- Ability to challenge constructively, lead through change, and develop strong cross-functional relationships
Working Conditions
- Hybrid working contract with most of your time spent working from home
- Attendance at the office in Ashford, Kent once per week
