Senior Finance Business Partner - MVS
Leeds ¦ Hybrid Working ¦ Leadership Opportunity

As the automotive industry evolves at pace, we're looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, influencing strategic decisions and leading financial excellence across our MVS business.
This is more than a reporting role. It's an opportunity to become a trusted advisor to senior leaders, shape pricing strategy, improve profitability and help steer the future direction of a key business unit.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of commercial decision-making, providing robust financial insight, strategic challenge and actionable recommendations that drive performance. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading pricing and customer profitability analysis, supporting commercial tenders and ensuring profitable growth.
- Owning budgeting and forecasting processes, delivering accurate financial plans and clear variance analysis.
- Producing insightful reporting and developing automated KPI dashboards that enable better, faster decision-making.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and performance trends across sites and workstreams to maximise margin and profitability.
- Building influential relationships with stakeholders across the business, providing support, challenge and commercial guidance.
- Leading and developing a small team while acting as deputy to the MVS Finance Director when required.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a commercially astute finance professional who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and can confidently influence stakeholders at all levels.
You'll bring:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification.
- Significant experience in Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance roles.
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capability.
- The ability to translate complex financial data into compelling business recommendations.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging constructively to improve outcomes.
- Strong Excel skills and experience using ERP and reporting tools, with Power BI experience advantageous.
