About the Role
Trinity House Group are working with a high growth business in Coventry looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to sit at the heart of its commercial decision making. This is an influential role with direct exposure to the senior leadership team and responsibility for a small finance team.
You will act as the trusted finance voice to the executive team, translating numbers into commercial insight that shapes strategy. The business wants someone who can challenge, guide and influence at the most senior level.

Responsibilities
- Partnering with senior stakeholders and executives to drive commercial performance
- Leading and developing a small team of finance professionals
- Owning budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Providing insight that genuinely influences decision making at board level
- Building strong relationships across the wider business

What you will bring
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- A track record of business partnering with senior executives
- Confidence and credibility to challenge and influence at leadership level
- People leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make finance accessible to non-finance audiences
Compensation
Up to £90k + Car allowance + Bonus
