Senior Finance Business Partner
£80,000–£90,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Hertfordshire (Hybrid working)

The Role
This is not a reporting role. As Finance Business Partner, you will be the trusted finance voice to a senior commercial leadership team — challenging, influencing and shaping strategy at Director level. You will translate complex financial insight into clear commercial recommendations, drive performance across a significant business area and play a central role in long-term planning and investment decisions.

The Ideal Candidate
Our client sets the bar extremely high, and we are looking for the very best the market has to offer:
- Exceptional academic background — strong A Levels and a high-calibre degree
- ACA or CIMA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm
- Demonstrable commercial finance experience gained within a FTSE-listed business, major retailer or similarly large and complex organisation
- A true business partner — someone who influences and challenges, not just reports
- Outstanding commercial acumen with the gravitas and credibility to engage at the most senior levels
- High drive, ambition and clear upward trajectory — this is a role with exceptional career development attached to it
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complexity and tell a compelling story with numbers
