Role Overview
Are you a qualified finance professional with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business performance? We have partnered with a global organisation, who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to act as the critical link between Finance and the business, influencing strategic and operational decisions while ensuring alignment with financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating financial data into recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Leading budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes at the directorate level.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and partnering with teams to implement cost control initiatives.
- Developing and reviewing business cases for capital expenditure, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and ROI expectations.
- Supporting procurement strategies to optimise supplier relationships and deliver efficiencies.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience in commercial partnering, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proven ability to operate within large matrix organisations and deliver results under challenging deadlines.
- Strong communication skills are essential, with proven experience partnering with senior leaders across complex businesses.
- Advanced SAP or Anaplan skills would be highly advantageous.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
- Proven experience leading on contract negotiations.
