Senior Finance Business Partner
London | Hybrid working
12 months fixed term contract from £110k
Eton Bridge Partners are supporting a UK-listed Services/Construction business in the search for a Senior Finance Business Partner. This is a high-profile finance leadership role that combines FP&A, commercial finance, and executive-level business partnering.
The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Facilities Management helping to drive performance and support investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the CFO and senior functional leaders to shape strategy, translating business priorities into clear financial choices, executable plans, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning for the relevant functions, challenging assumptions, providing scenario modeling.
- Develop and embed forward-looking reporting, analysis, and decision support that improves the quality, pace, and commercial rigor of senior decision-making.
- Lead high-quality performance dialogue with senior stakeholders, highlight risks, opportunities, and actions, and support Board-level discussions on income, margin, profitability, KPIs, and capital deployment.
- Act as a finance leader in digital and process transformation, using systems, data, and emerging technologies, including AI, to improve insight, forecasting quality, and business decision support.

Candidate Profile
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Advanced budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning experience.
- Excellent financial modeling and business case development capabilities.
- Experience within construction, property, facilities management, or another asset/services industry would be advantageous.
