We're partnering with a leading international energy business to appoint an experienced Financial Business Partner / Senior Commercial Finance Manager to support its Sales & Marketing function. This will pay £110,000-115,000 + Bonus circa 10%. Hybrid working in London.
This is a high-profile role for a commercially minded finance professional who can bridge the gap between Finance, Risk and Commercial teams, helping drive performance, profitability and strategic decision-making across an international operation.
Key Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified
- Strong experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Commercial Finance, Product Control or Business Controlling role
- Essential: Downstream Oil & Gas experience
- Experience partnering with Sales & Marketing teams
- Understanding of mark-to-market accounting and commercial performance analysis
- Knowledge of the oil & gas marketing and downstream value chain
- Advanced Excel skills, with SAP and Power BI experience advantageous

The Role:
- Analyse P&L performance, margins and key financial drivers
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing and Risk stakeholders
- Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial close activities
- Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks
- Deliver clear, actionable insights to support business growth and profitability
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders across multiple regions
