Hertfordshire (Hybrid Working)
Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Finance Business Partner to join a highly successful and growing business based in Hertfordshire. This is a high-profile role offering excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to influence key commercial decisions within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Working closely with operational and leadership teams, you will provide insightful financial analysis, challenge performance, and support strategic decision-making across the business.

Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive commercial performance and profitability
- Deliver meaningful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Provide insight into business performance, trends, and opportunities
- Support strategic planning and key investment decisions
- Challenge and influence decision-making through robust financial modelling and reporting
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and controls
Candidate Profile:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Strong academic background with a track record of achievement
- Proven Finance Business Partnering experience within a commercial environment
- Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress within a growing organisation
