We're supporting a growing, PE-backed real estate business with the appointment of a Senior Finance Business Partner into its London finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key Finance Business Partner to operational and senior stakeholders across the portfolio.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, providing clear commentary around variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Produce meaningful commercial analysis across revenue, costs, profitability, and operational performance.
- Work closely with site teams to challenge assumptions and improve financial understanding and accountability.
- Support management with scenario analysis, planning, and commercial decision-making as the portfolio grows.
- Take senior oversight of Accounts Receivable and revenue, partnering with Operations to improve cash collection and resolve more complex issues.
- Manage and develop two direct reports, ensuring strong delivery and development across the team.
- Support month-end, year-end, and the annual audit, particularly around more complex revenue and accounting matters.
- Help strengthen financial processes, controls, and reporting as the business continues to scale.
- Work collaboratively across a relatively lean finance team, supporting wider priorities where required.

- Real estate/property experience is essential.
- Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial finance experience.
- Proven business partnering experience with operational and senior stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Good overall accounting knowledge alongside commercial capability.
- Previous management or development of junior team members.
- A positive, collaborative, and genuinely hands-on approach.
Permanent is preferred, although a longer-term FTC could be considered for the right person.
