Competitive Salary Full-time Permanent
Day to day, you’ll provide business partnering to the manager of a major programme. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective financial guidance through all stages of the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Supporting accurate monitoring of detailed monthly management accounts.
- Supporting major programme budget holders to accurately value their risks.
- Assessing investment decisions and providing expert input for the preparation of business cases.
- Developing and maintaining accurate long-term cost models.
Essential Criteria of an Ascent Senior Finance Business Partner
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and long-term financial analysis skills
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel

- Ability to manage own time and longer-term projects/ goals
- Comfortable communicating complex financial information with non-finance teams
Qualifications For An Ascent Senior Finance Business Partner
- Relevant accounting professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or other similar)
