Competitive Salary Full-time Permanent

Day to day, you’ll provide business partnering to the manager of a major programme. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing effective financial guidance through all stages of the budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Supporting accurate monitoring of detailed monthly management accounts.
  • Supporting major programme budget holders to accurately value their risks.
  • Assessing investment decisions and providing expert input for the preparation of business cases.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate long-term cost models.

Essential Criteria of an Ascent Senior Finance Business Partner

  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and long-term financial analysis skills
  • Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Excel

  • Relevant accounting professional qualification (CIMA, ACA, ACCA or other similar)
