An established organisation is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead a small team, provide commercial finance support, influence key decisions and help shape future business performance from its Edinburgh office.
The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide financial guidance, challenge and insight across a broad operational portfolio. You'll play an important role in planning, performance management and continuous improvement while helping develop a strong business partnering culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic financial support to senior stakeholders.
- Lead a small finance team.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
- Deliver insightful analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Drive improvements to financial reporting and business performance.
- Support wider finance initiatives and organisational change.
- Mentor and support colleagues within the finance function.
About You
- Significant experience within a commercial finance or business partnering role.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical and financial planning capability.
- Able to communicate complex information clearly.
- Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
