This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious finance leader to influence organisational performance, support strategic transformation and shape decision-making within a large, purpose-led organisation operating at scale.

THE ORGANISATION

iMultiply is delighted to be supporting an impactful organisation with a significant presence across Scotland. Operating within a complex, multi-site environment, the organisation is embarking on an ambitious programme of transformation across systems, processes and organisational culture.

With continued investment in its future operating model and a strong focus on performance, innovation and sustainability, finance has a critical role to play in enabling strategic decision-making and driving organisational success. This is an exciting time to join a business where finance is viewed as a genuine partner to the wider organisation.

THE ROLE

As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of the Finance leadership team, providing strategic financial support and challenge to senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of operations. The role combines leadership, commercial insight and business partnering, with responsibility for driving high-quality financial planning, analysis and decision support.

Key Responsibilities Will Include

  • Leading the Finance Business Partnering function and developing a high-performing team
  • Partnering with senior leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making
  • Leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning activities
  • Delivering meaningful financial insight to identify risks, opportunities and performance drivers
  • Supporting business cases, investment decisions and transformation initiatives
  • Influencing resource allocation and organisational priorities
  • Enhancing financial capability across non-finance stakeholders
  • Contributing to wider finance strategy, governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
