Integrated Service Solutions Ltd (ISS)

Integrated Service Solutions Ltd (ISS) is a leading service provider within the UK Fresh Produce sector, employing over 1,600 people across four Kent sites. Since our establishment in 2014, we have grown rapidly to become a business with annual revenues exceeding £100 million, built on strong values of people, quality and service.

Role: Senior Finance Business Partner

As we continue to invest in technology, infrastructure and growth, we are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to play a pivotal role in supporting operational and commercial decision making across the business.

Role Summary

The Senior Finance Business Partner will play a key role in supporting operational and commercial performance across ISS. Working closely with the Finance Director and senior operational management, the role holder will provide timely, accurate and actionable insight to support decision-making, improve labour efficiency, ensure appropriate cost recovery and identify opportunities to enhance revenue and margin performance. The role will also lead and develop two Finance Business Partners, ensuring high-quality analysis, reporting and business partnering support across the business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review, challenge and support daily production and indirect labour planning, using activity tools, supply availability and operational data to improve labour efficiency and service delivery.
  • Analyse operational performance by site, customer and SKU, using Excel, Power BI and other business intelligence tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide timely feedback and insight to operational management, with the expectation that key performance analysis is shared within three working days of activity wherever reasonably practicable.
  • Monitor packaging unit costs and work closely with the ISS Packaging team to ensure rate cards and costing models appropriately reflect cost movements, order quantities and future pricing pressures.
  • Support commercial decision-making by identifying opportunities to improve cost recovery, reduce waste, protect margin and maximise revenue.
  • Ensure key operating cost issues are communicated to the Finance Director and accurately reflected in management accounts, forecasts and relevant performance reporting.
  • Lead, coach and develop two Finance Business Partners, setting priorities, reviewing outputs and ensuring consistent high standards of business partnering support.
  • Build strong working relationships across Finance, Operations, Planning, Packaging and site management teams, providing constructive challenge and practical support.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in reporting, data quality, dashboarding and business intelligence, helping to make information more accessible and actionable for operational teams.
  • Support the Finance Director with ad hoc analysis, projects and other duties commensurate with the seniority of the role.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
