If you're a qualified, experienced Senior Finance Business Partner who excels at influencing C-suite leaders and turning complex operational performance into clear commercial insight, this role offers the scale, challenge, and strategic impact you're looking for.
This is a high-visibility position supporting a large, multi-contract national division delivering people-focused programmes across the UK. You'll partner directly with senior operational leaders, shaping financial performance, driving efficiency, and guiding strategic decision-making at executive level.
The Opportunity
As Senior Finance Business Partner, you'll take ownership of divisional financial performance, providing sharp analysis, forward-looking insight, and commercially grounded recommendations. You'll be the bridge between finance and operations - challenging, influencing, and ensuring leadership has the clarity needed to make the right decisions.

What You'll Bring
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment and is confident influencing at executive level.
You'll need:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA Qualification
- Strong experience as a Senior Finance Business Partner
- Proven ability to work with C-suite stakeholders and challenge constructively
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, and performance reporting
- Ability to interpret operational data and convert it into strategic insight
- Strong communication skills - able to simplify complexity and drive action
- A proactive, commercially minded approach with a focus on outcomes
