HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a major, high-profile consumer business on an exciting 12-month interim opportunity for a Senior Finance Business Partner with strong Supply Chain and Logistics experience.
This is a high-impact role working closely with senior operational and finance leadership, providing commercial and financial insight across a significant and complex supply chain operation.
The role
You will act as a trusted finance partner to senior Supply Chain and Logistics stakeholders, helping to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.

- Leading financial planning, forecasting and performance management across Supply Chain & Logistics
- Partnering with senior operational leaders to drive cost, productivity and efficiency improvements
- Providing commercial challenge and insight across a significant operational cost base
- Supporting major transformation, cost-reduction and change programmes
- Developing robust business cases and tracking benefits realisation
- Supporting working-capital, inventory and cash-improvement initiatives
- Providing financial insight across warehousing, distribution, transport and third-party logistics
- Supporting investment and capex decisions
- Translating complex financial data into clear, commercially relevant recommendations for senior stakeholders

Candidate Profile
We’re looking for a qualified accountant who combines strong technical finance capability with genuine operational and commercial credibility.
- Senior Finance Business Partner
- Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Distribution finance
- Large-scale FMCG, Retail, Consumer, Manufacturing or similarly complex environments
- Significant cost-base / P&L ownership
- Cost transformation and operational improvement
- Inventory and working-capital management
- Logistics, warehousing, transport or 3PL environments
- Influencing senior stakeholders in complex organisations
