Senior Finance Manager – London
£85,000–£100,000 + 20% bonus
Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home after probation
We’re recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to join a growing, privately owned, multi-entity business based in London.
This is a broad, hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the financial management of a portfolio of UK legal entities. You’ll lead a small finance team, take ownership of reporting, controls, tax and statutory compliance, and act as a key finance partner to senior stakeholders across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing the UK finance team
- Owning month-end management accounts and external reporting
- Ensuring timely statutory and interim financial statements
- Managing UK GAAP / FRS 102 accounting matters
- Leading statutory audits across multiple entities
- Overseeing tax compliance including corporation tax, VAT and WHT
- Producing and reviewing Board-level reporting
- Maintaining strong financial controls across the general ledger, AP and AR
- Supporting finance transformation, automation and systems improvement
- Partnering with senior management on financial insight and decision-making

We’re looking for:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant
- 3+ years PQE, ideally practice trained
- Experience within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Sector experience within areas such as asset management, leasing, transport, infrastructure or similar would be advantageous
- Strong UK GAAP / FRS 102 knowledge
- Good UK tax and statutory reporting experience
- Experience managing multiple legal entities
- Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience of Xero or a similar accounting system
- Exposure to structured finance would be advantageous
