Senior Finance Manager

Description
- Manage and oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and review budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to streamline finance processes.
- Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
- Supervise and mentor members of the finance team.
- Support audits and liaise with external stakeholders when necessary.

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Strong background in accounting and financial management within industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (Essential)
- Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance practices.
- Experience in team leadership and collaboration.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.

Job Offer
- Daily rate of £350 to £450, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary position offering flexibility.
