Are you ready to shape the future of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle portfolio?
We are looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Finance Leader to join our high-performing team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between current market performance and future commercial success, working across European and Global cross-functional teams to deliver winning pricing strategies.
Reporting directly to the European Marketing and Sales Finance Director, you will lead a dedicated team of finance professionals, fostering their growth in a fast-paced, digitally evolving environment.
Responsibilities
As the Senior Finance Manager for Pricing Strategy, your mission is to ensure our future vehicle models are positioned to win. You will:
- Shape Strategy: Define and develop robust pricing strategies for future commercial vehicles, ensuring they align with sales, market share, and profit targets.
- Analyze & Model: Synthesize historic data and build sophisticated future models to anticipate market shifts, challenges, and opportunities.
- Translate Vision into Value: Convert complex pricing strategies into actionable financial data to support long-term business plans.
- Partner for Growth: Act as a key consultant to commercial business partners, identifying and supporting new opportunities for profitable growth.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Take ownership of pricing finance processes with a relentless focus on digital improvement, embracing AI and emerging technologies to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Lead & Develop: Manage a talented team of finance professionals, taking a lead role in their career development, mentorship, and associated HR processes.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements we seek:
- Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, product finance, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles
- Strong capability in financial modelling, scenario analysis, and long-range planning, using historic data to inform future decisions
- Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, product, and strategy functions
- Experience operating in a European and/or global matrix organization
- Proven people leadership experience, including team management and development

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience within automotive, mobility, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Exposure to product lifecycle management, future model pricing, or portfolio optimisation
- Experience supporting new product introduction and long-term commercial strategy
- Track record of driving digital or process transformation within finance, including advanced analytics or automation
- Strong interest in or experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve finance decision-making

- This position is based in Dunton, and it is expected the successful candidate will be able to attend the Dunton office for typically 4 days a week and remain flexible on the days they are required to attend the office according to business requirements.
