Interim Senior Finance Manager (3-6 Month Contract)
PE Backed FinTech
Central London (hybrid – 3 days in)
£600-650 p/d
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join a fast-paced, Private Equity-backed FinTech for an initial 3 months. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can quickly add value, lead a small finance team, and ensure robust financial reporting and compliance during a period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of finance professionals.
- Oversee financial reporting, statutory accounts and audit delivery.
- Manage technical accounting matters and maintain a strong control environment.
- Review and improve finance processes, driving automation and operational efficiencies.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide commercial finance support and technical accounting guidance.
- Deliver timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

About You
- Qualified accountant (ACA preferred).
- Strong technical accounting background with experience in industry, ideally within a high-growth, technology or fintech environment.
- Proven people management experience with the ability to lead and develop teams.
- Demonstrated success in improving finance processes and controls.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Available to start at short notice and able to make an immediate impact in a dynamic environment.
