Position: Full-time, Permanent, Hybrid

Salary: Competitive

The Method is a premium wellness business combining world-class fitness, recovery, nutrition, and community experiences. Operating in their flagship location in Notting Hill, with ambitious UK and international expansion plans, The Method is building a finance function capable of supporting rapid, sustainable growth.

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function, ensuring the business has robust financial processes, accurate reporting, and strong financial controls to support its continued success.

Working closely with the founders and senior leadership team, you'll play a key role in keeping the finance function running smoothly, delivering reliable financial information, and helping build the operational foundations that will support the next phase of growth.

About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys being close to the detail. You'll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation, producing accurate management accounts, overseeing transactional finance, maintaining strong financial controls, and ensuring month-end reporting is delivered accurately and on time.

Alongside managing the operational finance function, you'll work closely with senior leaders to provide meaningful financial insight through budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, helping the business make informed commercial decisions as it continues to grow.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working within a fast-paced SME environment, takes pride in building efficient finance processes, and is excited by the opportunity to make a genuine impact within a growing business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
