Senior Finance Manager – Development
Salary up to £75,000 per annum plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan

You’ll lead the finance team providing financial insight and recommendations to support our major development and sales programme. You’ll help shape the investment decisions that create homes and communities for the future. Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll help shape future development activity, manage financial risk and ensure our plans are built on strong financial foundations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead a team delivering trusted financial insight across development activities.
- Shape investment decisions through robust challenge, analysis and recommendations.
- Partner senior leaders to identify risks, opportunities and commercial solutions.
- Drive accurate forecasting and reporting across schemes and joint ventures.
- Develop a high-performing team focused on quality, pace and impact.

You have
- Experience providing financial leadership across development schemes and investment decisions.
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
- Led and developed high-performing finance teams.
- Reviewed and challenged complex financial models, assumptions and outputs.
- Turned complex financial information into clear recommendations for senior leaders.

The practical bits
- You'll work Monday to Friday.
- You'll manage your own diary.
- We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle office, with the rest from home.
