The Role
We are looking for an ACCA or ACA qualified Senior Finance Manager to take ownership of statutory compliance, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidation across our international group, while also contributing to cash flow and treasury management.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is comfortable operating at both a technical accounting level and a commercial, business-partnering level: reviewing P&Ls, managing statutory audits, and advising leadership on the financial implications of operating across multiple entities and currencies.

- Own the external audit process end-to-end: liaising with UK and international auditors, preparing audit schedules, resolving queries, and ensuring statutory filings are accurate and on time.
- Ownership of the balance sheet reconciliation process including cash and bank ID facility.
- Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g. corporation tax, VAT, & Middle East and European payroll compliance, German trade tax filings) in coordination with local advisors and internal payroll/HR teams.
- Act as a key point of technical accounting knowledge within the finance function.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
