Senior FP&A Manager – London

£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Hybrid working pattern

I’m recruiting for an experienced Senior FP&A Manager to join a large, complex and internationally operating business based in London.

This is a high-profile role within the finance function, taking ownership of financial planning, budgeting and forecasting across multiple markets, while providing strategic insight to senior leadership and helping drive commercial performance.

The role would suit a qualified accountant with strong FP&A experience who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment and partnering with senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning cycle across multiple business units and geographies
  • Working closely with senior functional and regional leaders to translate strategy into robust financial plans
  • Providing high-quality analysis and insight around revenue, margin, costs and overall business performance
  • Identifying key risks and opportunities and recommending actions to improve profitability and performance
  • Acting as a senior finance business partner to operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Challenging assumptions and helping senior leaders make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Improving and automating financial planning and reporting processes
  • Using tools such as Power BI and other FP&A platforms to improve the quality and efficiency of reporting

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
