Harmonic are proud to be working alongside a luxury retail business in their search for a Senior Finance Manager who will partner with the Founders and Directors as they expand their global operations. This role is well suited to an ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-growth, dynamic environment, and is looking for clear progression to the Finance Director level as they scale.
The Client
With a reporting line into the Founders, this role joins a small business which has grown rapidly over the past 3 years. As a result, there is a genuine opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to make their mark on their next phase of development. This position will oversee expansion into international markets, scale the finance function, improve processes, and support strategic decisions that drive profitability and growth.
The nature of our clients revenue streams are diverse, Our ideal candidate will be an "all rounder", navigating a high growth environment from a commercial and transactional perspective.
The Role
This Senior Finance Manager role has clear progression to Finance Director as the business continues to scale. This role will be strategically influential - partnering with the directors to provide financial insight, developing financial models, analyse profitability, improve systems and processes, and increase financial visibility.

We're ideally looking for an ambitious, analytical finance professional with experience managing a finance function in a scaling environment. You'll produce the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, analyse product profitability and pricing, and partner with the Founders and senior leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Founders and senior leadership team to provide strategic financial insight
- Produce monthly management accounts
- Drive process automation and improve efficiency across finance and operations
- Analyse product profitability, pricing strategies, and cost management
- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable, billing, cash flow forecasting, and budgeting
- Produce monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Manage and liaise with external advisers on VAT for international transactions
- Lead the annual accounts production process and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure effective management of the company's cash balances

What our client needs to see (essential):
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in a fast-growth, SME environment
- Experience in commercial/strategic finance, reporting into Founders or CEOs
- Excellent communication skills, especially with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
What we'd like to see (non-essential):
- Experience in retail, ecommerce, consumer, FMCG, manufacturing, food & beverage, stock
- Experience with international operations or multi-entity structures
- Systems savvy with exposure to Xero
Location: London
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000 + bonus + company benefits
Start Date: Flexible
