Senior Finance Manager
This Senior Finance Manager role is focused on overseeing financial operations, ensuring robust financial controls, and driving strategic decision-making. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities, while providing commercial insights and financial guidance to senior stakeholders to support business performance, growth, and long-term objectives.

A London-based Investment firm with a strong track record of investing in and growing high-performing businesses.
Description
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Manage and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business-wide decision-making.
- Oversee cash flow management and ensure effective financial controls.
- Support the development and implementation of financial strategies.
- Work closely with external auditors during audits and manage any financial reviews.

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Manager should have:
- Experience working within Financial Services is essential.
- A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience in a similar finance management role within the business services industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.

Job Offer
- Competitive salary of £75,000 to £85,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent position based in the City of London.
