We're partnering with an international infrastructure and construction business operating across multiple European markets, with a network of subsidiaries and branch operations.
The business is growing fast and looking to strengthen financial control across a complex multi-entity environment.
This is a senior finance role reporting into the Group Finance Director, with responsibility for management accounts, cashflow and balance sheet control across the Group.

The role covers
- Monthly management accounts and consolidation across multiple subsidiaries
- Job costing and variance analysis, including WIP, retentions and revenue recognition
- Cashflow forecasting and working capital monitoring across multiple currencies
- Intercompany accounting and reconciliation across group entities, including FX revaluations
- Payroll reconciliations across multiple countries with external payroll providers
- Balance sheet control, audit support and statutory accounts across jurisdictions

What they are looking for
- Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
- Construction or similar project-based sector background, particularly revenue recognition and retentions
- Experience with intercompany accounting in a multi-entity, multi-currency group
- Strong Excel skills and experience with Xero
- Comfortable working across multiple countries in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
