Senior Finance Manager (Remote UK)
Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially focused Senior Finance Manager to support financial planning, reporting and business decision-making in a fully remote UK-based role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder-management skills who can help drive financial performance and support strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Prepare and review management reports and financial analysis.
- Monitor financial performance and identify key trends, risks and opportunities.
- Support senior stakeholders with commercial and financial insight.
- Improve financial controls, processes and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams on budgets, forecasts and financial priorities.
- Support month-end and year-end financial activities.
- Provide clear financial information to support business decision-making.
- Assist with financial modelling and scenario analysis.
- Support continuous improvement across finance processes and systems.

Requirements
- Previous experience in finance management, financial planning or a related finance role.
- Strong financial analysis, reporting and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Strong commercial awareness and business partnering capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
