Finatal is partnering with a private equity-backed infrastructure business that is entering a critical phase of growth, investment, and operational scale-up. With strong sponsor backing and an ambitious leadership team, the business is investing heavily across its platform, systems, and reporting capability to support future expansion.
As part of this journey, they are seeking a high-calibre Senior Finance Manager to work closely with the CFO and wider leadership team. This is a broad role combining financial control, business partnering, performance reporting, and finance transformation, offering significant exposure to senior stakeholders and investors.

The Opportunity
You will play a key role in strengthening the finance function, improving reporting and controls, and supporting strategic decision-making across a growing, asset-intensive business. The role offers a genuine platform for progression as the company continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly management accounts and board reporting process
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Develop KPI reporting and provide commercial insight to leadership teams
- Support financing, lender reporting, and investor requirements
- Partner operational stakeholders on project and capex performance
- Drive improvements to controls, processes, and reporting infrastructure
- Support strategic initiatives including acquisitions, integrations, and transformation projects

Candidate Requirements
- ACA qualified (Big 4 or Top 10 preferred)
- Strong technical accounting and financial reporting background
- Experience within an infrastructure, utilities, energy, telecoms, data centre, or other asset-intensive environment
- Advanced stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
- Ambitious, commercially minded, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced PE-backed environment
