Interim Senior Finance Manager (Audit Lead) | VC Backed Technology Scale-Up | London/Remote

Harmonic is delighted to be working with a VC-backed technology platform business that has scaled quickly and is now a multi-entity group, having grown through M&A. Revenue is circa £45m. The group is heading into audit and needing a strong, technical accountant to lead and be hands on with leading the business through this process.

The Role

This is an interim engagement to own audit readiness and then run the audit day to day. You will be taking full ownership of the group audit: audit readiness first, then running the audit day to day and managing the auditors through to sign off. You will be building the workplan, then breaking the work up and directing it into the existing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a quick impact at a rapidly scaling scale-up.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
