About the Opportunity

Our Finance team plays a critical role in supporting commercial decision-making, ensuring strong financial governance, and driving continuous improvement across the business. Depending on your experience, you could be involved in:

  • Preparing and reviewing monthly management and statutory accounts
  • Leading month-end and year-end reporting
  • Complex cash flow forecasting and working capital management
  • Financial planning, budgeting, and commercial analysis
  • Strengthening financial controls and compliance
  • VAT, regulatory, and audit management
  • Process improvement, automation, and systems development
  • Supporting business integration and organizational growth
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive business performance
  • Supporting and developing members of the Finance team

About You

We're looking for ambitious finance professionals who combine strong technical accounting expertise with commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You'll ideally bring:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification (or be qualified by experience where appropriate)
  • Strong experience in financial reporting and financial control
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to turn financial data into meaningful insight
  • Experience improving finance processes and systems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to prioritise, influence, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience within travel is advantageous but by no means essential.
