Senior Finance & Strategy Manager

Location: Nine Elms, London - Full-time

Founded in 2020, our vision is to disrupt the multi-trillion dollar convenience retail market, currently dominated by major players, by developing best-in-class customer-centric technology and fulfilment solutions. Overview

The Senior Finance & Strategy Manager will act as a core commercial and strategic partner to leadership, combining financial planning and analysis with broader strategic finance. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance & Financial Control, you will turn data into decisions: owning the forecasting and budgeting cycle, driving the business towards its profitability targets, and helping to shape the analysis behind pricing, subscription and other commercial and strategic activity.

The role deliberately spans the full breadth of strategic finance, from planning and commercial analysis through to investor reporting, corporate activity and management of the cap table, giving you rare end-to-end exposure in a fast-scaling business. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role for someone who wants real ownership from day one.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning, forecasting and modelling
    • Own the company's forecasting cycle end to end: the rolling cash forecast, quarterly reforecasts, the annual budget and the long-range financial plan.
    • Build and maintain robust, scenario-based financial models that support both short-term operating decisions and long-term strategy.
    • Run variance analysis against budget and forecast, isolating the key drivers and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
