We’re looking for a Senior Manager to join our Finance & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in building our business strategy, ensuring we make the most efficient investment and capital allocation decisions to accelerate our global growth.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be joining the Finance & Strategy team. We partner cross-functionally to improve the profitability, scalability, and defensibility of our business model, carrying projects from initial conception through to final execution.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Strategic Decision Support: Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop new investment decision-making frameworks and drive strategy in a dynamic environment.
- Growth vs. Profitability: Own complex models and analyses to help the business strike the optimal balance between aggressive growth and long-term profitability.
- Custom Financial Modelling: Lead high-impact modelling exercises to support key initiatives, sizing new opportunities and building business cases for innovative products.
- KPI Analysis: Track and analyse key financial and business KPIs to uncover trends, assessing current and future risks while identifying new market opportunities.
- Process Innovation: Lead special projects to automate and scale our forecasting and reporting tools, ensuring our methodologies evolve alongside the business.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with operators and departmental leaders to develop new policies and ensure day-to-day execution aligns with our financial targets.

What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
- Finance Leadership: Significant experience (typically 8+ years) in strategic finance, corporate finance, or investment banking, ideally within a high-growth tech environment.
- Team Development: Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams; you are passionate about building a high-performing "gold standard" finance function.
- Influencing Power: The ability to earn the trust of senior leaders and influence strategic thinking across a matrixed organisation.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with the ability to build robust, complex financial models that distill data into digestible insights.
- Budget Ownership: Experience owning forecasts and budgets for major functional areas, working directly with operators to hit performance targets.
- Data Agility: Proficiency in SQL (or a strong willingness to learn) to manipulate large datasets and uncover hidden business insights.
