A leading professional services organisation is looking for a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to join its established Finance Systems team in London.
This isn't a traditional "keeping the lights on" role. The organisation is investing heavily in AI, technology, and business transformation, and this position will play an important role in embracing that change. You’ll be expected to stay ahead of market developments, understand new functionality and AI capabilities across the vendor landscape, and identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
The role is senior and hands-on, with responsibility for supporting and enhancing key finance applications including Aderant Expert, Intapp Time, Intapp Open, and Concur Expenses. You’ll act as a senior escalation point while taking ownership of system improvements, integrations, upgrades, and new functionality.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
