I’m working with a leading global professional services organisation looking for a Senior Financial Systems Manager to take ownership of its Finance Systems environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Aderant expert who wants to remain technically hands-on while also taking on a leadership role. You’ll manage a small team and act as the key link between Finance, Technology and external vendors.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Aderant Expert configuration and development
- System improvements
- SQL/data
- Reporting
- Testing
- Upgrades
- Finance technology projects
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and data quality

We’re looking for someone who is already at manager level, highly detail-oriented, technically strong, proactive and able to lead, with solid experience across both the front and back end of Aderant.
Key requirements:
- Strong hands-on Aderant Expert experience
- Front-end and back-end Aderant knowledge
- Finance/financial systems experience
- SQL and database experience
- Systems implementation and project delivery
- Team leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
