About the Company
Alexander Lloyd is partnering with a long-term Financial Services/Insurance client to appoint a Senior Finance Transformation Manager to be based from London on a hybrid basis.
About the Role
Six-figure package available.
Responsibilities
- Developing the strategy for specific business units that will feed into the overall corporate strategy
- Ownership of budget monitoring, cost management
- Design and set up the TOM for Accounting
- Business partnering
- Managing stakeholder relationships and deliverables
- Ensure governance is in place for the offshore accounting model
- Identify and manage risks
- Act as a key point of contact between operational teams, finance, and external providers

Qualifications/ Experience
- Financial services / Insurance sector would be an advantage
- Demonstrable change/transformation experience
- Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Finance Operations knowledge
Required Skills
- Proven stakeholder management skills
- Project Management Skills
