Senior Financial Accountant
London – Hybrid 3 days in the office
£60,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
Global accounting network is proud to be partnering with one of the fastest growing financial services businesses in their search for a Senior Financial Accountant. This role has been created within this private equity backed firm due to significant growth from recent acquisitions. Reporting to the Finance Director this position has excellent progression prospects and a chance to be part of an exciting phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on the financial accounting and reporting aspects for subsidiaries including the preparation, analysis, and review of the consolidations
- Quarterly VAT reporting for the group as well as all necessary financial returns
- Prepare and review financial statements under UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Analysis and consolidation of overseas entities across the various regions including loans and currency exchange
- Act as key point of contact for auditors
- Ensure that Balance Sheet review is completed on time and to the highest standard

Key Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA preferred)
- Proven experience in supporting financial services client or currently working within financial services environment
- Working knowledge of consolidated financial statements
- Working knowledge of UK GAAP and FRS 102
- Confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders and working to tight deadlines
