The Opportunity
Readily available and open to a 12 month fixed term contract with a successful and scaling fintech bank? Then please read on…
The role
This role is supporting all month end accounting and reporting activities for the bank including:
- Supporting the month end close including posting journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Own the accounting for key P&L and balance sheet areas including variance analysis and commentaries
- Calculating month end adjustments such as share based payments, EIR calculations
- Utilisation of AI tools to support process improvement and automation as part of ongoing initiatives
- Support on year end accounting and reporting activities including external audit

Your background and experience

- You will be a qualified ACA/ACCA with experience in supporting the month end close
- Experience working within banking or fintech/financial services desirable although not essential
- Experience of SUN or SAP desirable but not essential

This company offers 2 days per week office and 3 working from home
