SENIOR FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT - INTERIM

REMOTE (UK) - OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO WEST SUSSEX - INTERIM - GERMAN STATUTORY AND TAX COVER FOR AN INTERNATIONAL MANUFACTURING GROUP

£500 - £600 per day (inside IR35)

Are you an interim accountant with real HGB depth and fluent German? Are you happy to pick up a country's statutory and tax reporting and keep it moving without a long run-up?

We Do Group are supporting an international manufacturing group with German operations, recruiting an interim Senior Financial Accountant to cover local GAAP and tax reporting for the German entities. The group reports under US GAAP, so the work sits around converting back to HGB, keeping the statutory ledger clean, and getting filings out on time and correct. Outsourced providers handle a good deal of the preparation, so you'll spend as much time reviewing and challenging as producing. You'll need to be a safe pair of hands from week one. The deadlines are fixed and the auditors will want answers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
