An international private equity business is looking to appoint a Senior Financial Accountant to its London finance team.
This is a broad position with responsibility across financial and management reporting, statutory accounts, consolidations and finance improvement projects within a complex, multi-entity investment business.
This is working for a truly exciting business who has data and technology at the heart of all decision making so you will play an active role in key evolution projects for one of the industry’s most exciting and prestigious businesses.

Key Duties
- Prepare monthly management accounts and oversee month-end reporting.
- Prepare statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements.
- Produce financial analysis, cash-flow forecasts and management information.
- Maintain accounting records across multiple entities.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist with the annual audit and year-end reporting.
- Support tax and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop and improve financial controls and accounting processes.
- Contribute to finance transformation, systems and automation projects.
- Partner with FP&A and other teams across the wider business.

Skills & Experience
- A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or Eqv).
- Ideally 2+ years post-qualified experience in industry.
- Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
- Strong Excel and general finance systems capability.
- Experience within private equity, investment management or a similarly complex financial environment would be advantageous.
