Senior Financial Accountant
Wolverhampton, hybrid
£60,000 + Bonus

Our client is a PE backed manufacturer with ambitious growth plans over the coming years. Following continued investment and growth, they are now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join the team and take ownership of the day to day running of the accounts.

This is a genuine number two role to the Finance Director, ideal for someone who wants real ownership rather than being one of many in a large finance function.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be the hands on engine room of the finance function, owning month end close, management accounts and the balance sheet. You will also play a key role in supporting strategic planning, driving cash flow performance and business partnering with senior and board level stakeholders across the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
