The Role
Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll become a key member of a high-performing team with broad exposure across financial reporting, compliance, governance, and process improvement activities.
This is a role that combines technical expertise with genuine business impact. You'll work closely with advisers, auditors, and stakeholders across the wider organisation, helping to ensure the finance function operates efficiently while supporting continued growth.

The successful candidate will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from day one and will have the opportunity to influence processes, controls, and reporting across an international group structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex financial reporting requirements across multiple entities.
- Taking ownership of key month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Supporting statutory reporting and audit activities.
- Coordinating tax compliance matters and liaising with external advisers.
- Overseeing revenue-related accounting processes and ensuring adherence to accounting policies.
- Supporting accounts receivable activities and working capital management.
- Acting as a technical accounting resource for the wider business.
- Enhancing financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting processes.
- Driving continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and scalability.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and the wider organisation.
About You
- ACA or ACCA qualified with relevant post-qualified experience.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards.
- Experience operating within a multi-entity environment.
- Comfortable working with auditors, advisers, and senior stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a growing business environment would be advantageous.
- Able to balance technical excellence with a practical, commercial mindset.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
- Motivated by ownership, responsibility, and continuous improvement.
