Senior Finance Analyst – Defence
Circa £60k plus excellent benefits package.

Ready to take your finance career into a role where your analysis genuinely matters? We're looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a high-profile Programme within a leading Defence organisation. You'll work closely with Programme Managers and senior stakeholders, turning financial data into insight that shapes decisions, performance and future strategy.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a key finance business partner to programme leadership.
- Lead forecasting, EACs, AOP and 5-year planning.
- Analyse programme performance, risks and opportunities.
- Support project accounting, cash management and balance sheet reviews.
- Provide financial insight for investment, pricing and new business decisions.
- Champion financial accuracy, governance and continuous improvement.

What you'll bring
- CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified, or a finalist.
- Strong project accounting and business partnering experience.
- Background in Defence, Aerospace or complex contracting.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A proactive, inquisitive approach with strong attention to detail.
- SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel experience would be a bonus.
